FAQ

How do I play here?

It depends!

For touring acts that have built a fanbase in our area, we typically work with their booking agent to secure a show with them.

For touring acts that are still working on building their fanbase in our area, the best way to get a show is to go through a local band or local promoter who can help you put together a solid show with a few local bands.

For bands located around Indianapolis, we are always eager for you to play here! You are welcome to book shows yourself with other local bands on the bill. We are happiest with a lineup of 3-5 local bands, who are not already playing around Indianapolis within 3 weeks of the show date. We are also often looking to fill local spots for national touring acts. If you are interested in opening for an existing show, please contact us with your music and social media links.

Can I photograph a show?

Generally speaking, we usually allow anyone to bring in their camera and shoot shows. However, artists do have the final say on whether or not they want people shooting during their set. Sometimes artists require that photographers obtain a photo pass through them in order to shoot during their set. If you have not been hired or approved by the band to photograph, you can usually still shoot the show as long as you have purchased a ticket. Just please keep in mind that if your photographing is interrupting the show at all, (using flash, getting on stage, etc.) you may be asked to stop. Generally, we encourage any photographers to come and shoot our shows. We love to see your photos and so do our artists!
